A factory-built home.
Priced before
the first dig.
Insulated walls, roof, windows and facade are built indoors and erected on your prepared foundation in days. The Als 110 kit, supplied and erected, is €128,000 including VAT.
- 4 models, 68–110 m²
- 290–300 mm wall insulation
- A0-ready fabric
- 8 homes in one season in Denmark
Every price names its package.
The factory kit with assembly is what we build. The complete package is the same house with finishes, electrics and heating — a Latvian service, not an Irish one. Foundation, site, connections and planning are in neither.

The Als series is longer and more generous, Aura more compact and contemporary. All four share the same wall, roof and glazing class.

From first call to a house under roof.
Every project is a little different: the plot, the building authority and your choices all move the schedule. You and we share the same interest — fast delivery without compromising quality; the exact schedule is agreed together with the offer.
We go through the site, the family and the budget together. You get the catalogue with prices and the configurator.
A quotation broken into sections, with a line for every choice — not one number.
Your engineer designs the foundation to our loads and setting-out. We supply the structural documentation your certifier needs.
Panels are made while your slab cures, then shipped and erected in days.
Read first, then talk to us.
We wrote down what we wanted to know before the first house — with numbers, and without a sales pitch.

- 01How long does a Frest home take?
It depends on the project. Design and permitting after the design contract take from 12 weeks to six months; construction from 24 weeks to a year. The factory kit and assembly take 16–20 weeks of that, because the panels are produced while the foundations are built. Every project is a little different, and the exact schedule is agreed together with the offer.
- 02What is in the Base and Complete packages?
The Base package is the factory kit with assembly: insulated wall panels, roof, windows, exterior doors and a finished facade. The Complete package adds interior finishing, electrical, plumbing and heating. Neither package includes foundation works, land or the building permit.
- 03Can the layout be changed?
Yes. Standard models let you choose finishes, facade colour and roof type, and make layout changes — moving walls or adding modules. For a fully unique home we offer custom design.
- 04How energy-efficient are the houses?
The Als series has energy class A: 290–300 mm of wall insulation, 250–300 mm in the roof, 250 mm under the slab and triple glazing. Als 70 has calculated heating costs of €280–430 per year.
