What is in each package.
All prices include VAT in standard specification and always refer to a specific package. No price includes foundation works, land, utility connections, the building permit or landscaping — these are quoted separately once the plot is known. The final price is confirmed in a detailed estimate after the plot and specification are chosen.

Registered clients configure the house with prices in the catalogue and receive a detailed offer.
Site plan, topography, geotechnical survey and building permit.
Wall and roof panels are produced indoors with millimetre precision.
Assembly on site in days, then interior works, services and handover with an acceptance report.
